Dr. Yonatan Whitten is best known for his work in long-term pain resolution and physical resilience.
A California native and lifelong athlete, he developed an early interest in how the body adapts, performs, and recovers under stress.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, graduating with honors, and went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, where he graduated summa cum laude and Salutatorian of his class.
Since 2006, Dr. Whitten has worked with patients on a daily basis, while continuing to refine his understanding of movement, recovery and adaptation.
His work has included advanced study in nutrition, manual medicine and rehabilitation, as well as ongoing training in functional neurology and lifestyle medicine.
Because pain and dysfunction don’t come from one place.
They’re a reflection of the inputs your body receives—and how it processes and responds to them.
This perspective led to the development of a systems-based approach focused on how those inputs interact to shape physical function and long-term outcomes.
His work draws from multiple disciplines—including movement, structural health, and nervous system function—to address the underlying factors that influence how the body performs over time.
Today, Dr. Whitten works with individuals seeking a more complete and lasting resolution to pain and physical limitation.
